Charlie Jacoby, Ashling Partners, VP, mROC Services Bio: Charlie is the leader of the Modern Robotics Operation Center (mROC) at Ashling Partners . He has 25+ years of experience in a wide range of technology centered roles, most recently driving technology strategy for an enterprise automation program at United Health Group. His extensive experience with robotics, machine learning/artificial intelligence, and voice analytics enables him to not just provide production support but leverage the mROC as a source of continuous improvement and innovation.

Michelle Yuovsky, UiPath. Michelle is the Global Lead for Analytics Products at UiPath, which includes Insights, a leading end-to-end RPA analytics solution. Previously Michelle lead UiPath teams in creating and deploying custom business intelligence capabilities for enterprise customers and the development of business critical automations. Prior to UiPath Michelle led the development of consumer-facing applications utilizing NLP, machine-learning and advanced data analysis techniques. Michelle holds a BS from Cornell University.
